For Koftas
For Gravy 
Gravy Wet Masala



πŸ§€300 gms paneer
Dry Masala
πŸ§…Sliced onion two or one cup
πŸ§€Two medium size potatoes 
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Tej Patta two
πŸ…Chopped tomatoes three medium size
πŸ§€Pizza cheese or Mozzarella grated three tsps
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Green Cardamom 5 pcs
πŸ₯ Cashew 1/4 cup
πŸ§€Maida 5 tsps ( make sure you get soft dough type of consistency )
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Clove. 5 pcs
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Chopped garlic 2 tsp
**while binding dough use your back of πŸ– palm so that no lump be present 
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Black pepper. 5 pcs
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Chopped ginger 1 tsp

πŸ‘‰πŸ½Cinnamon small stick
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Chopped green chilli 1

πŸ‘‰πŸ½Jeera two tsp
Kasturi methi 1 tsp


Salt according to taste


Haldi a pinch


Red chillie powder 1/2 tsp


Oil or desi ghee 4 tsp 
Let’s start cooking
We start first with gravy part ( as it need some cooling time)
Step 1- Take pan and add oil n heat for a while . 
Step 2- Add all dry masala and give a stir and keep tossing this mix for 2-3 seconds ( not to be burnt) .
Step 3 - Now add sliced onions n toss till translucent, add chopped tomatoes and cashews and keep tossing for one mintue
Add all other items from wet masala and salt/ haldi / red chilli powder , keep stirring.
Step 4- Add one cup water and cover and let this mixture simmer on slow fire for 5 minutes. Let this cool. 

Now start making malai kofta
Step 5- Mash properly paneer/ potatoes/ cheese / maida using you palm so that you get creamy mixture .
Step 6- Heat oil and deep fry ( when you put balls in oil it’s should be at high heat and after that you slow heat a bit and fry till you get golden crust . Koftas are at the cooling process now.

Step 7- Now gravy paste is cool take out tej patta before grinding. Strain this mixture so that you get creamy curry (I used mixture without straining , it’s optional )Put this mixture in pan and keep stirring on slow heat . Now add Kasturi methi powdered in gravy , let this mix simmer for five mintues on slow heat. Gravy is done. Switch off heat
Now add kofta in gravy and cover and leave for 20 minutes before consuming .
