MY FIRST MAIN COOK , AMAZING PANEER ROLLS
FOR STUFFING-
ONIONS CHOPPED 1
TOMATOES CHOPPED 1
GARLIC CHOPPED 4 PIECES
CAPSICUM (GREEN) CHOPPED 1
PANEER 200 GRAMS
SALT TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA
ADD OIL TO THE PAN LET IT HEAT THEN ADD ONIONS, LET IT BE TRANSPARENT THEN ADD GARLIC AND TOMATOES AND LET IT COOK THE TOMATOES SHOULD BE SOFT. THEN ADD CAPSICUM AND SALT AND SAUTEE WELL. THEN ADD THE PANEER AND LET IT COOK ADD SALT , GARAM MASALA AND RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL TILL THE PANEER IS SOMEWHAT REDDISH IN COLOUR.
MAKE A FEW PLAIN ROTIS
TO PREPARE -
FIRST SPREAD SOME SANDWICH OR CHESSE SAUCE SO THAT WHEN YOU ROLL THE ROTIS IT STICKS THEN ADD SOME OF THE STUFFING AND ADD ANY SPECIAL SAUCE YOU MIGHT LIKE.
FOR GARNISHING YOU MIGHT ADD SOME BASIL FOR PRESENTATION.
