IN A MIXING BOWL ADD ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS.ADD FLOUR,COCOA POWDER,
SUGAR,BAKING POWDER,BAKING SODA AND SALT.COMBINE VERY WELL.ADD MILK,
EGGS,OIL,MELTED BUTTER AND VANILLA EXTRACT .BEAT ON SLOW SPEED UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINE.ADD BOILING WATER BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.BAKE FOR25-30 MIN AT 350 FAHRENHEIT OR 180 CELSIUS INSERT A TOOTH PICK ,IF COMES OUT CLEAN CAKE IS DONE IF NOT,THEN BAKE FOR 5-10 MIN MORE
