Second brain of body is gut. So simple , healthy and easy dish makes life comfortable . Here I am trying to make things with whatever available with me .
You Need
🌯 tortillas ( readymade available in market)
🌯 grated cheese ( pizza cheese/ mozrella/ cheddar any of them)
🌯 Worcestershire sauce ( ready made from market)
🌯 sliced onion half cup
🌯 sliced capsicum half cup
🌯 sliced tomatoes half cup
🌯 boiled rajma one cup
🌯 lemon juice two tea spoons
🌯 mint mayo ( ready made)
HERE I USED FOUR TORTILLAS SO QUANTITY IS ACCORDINGLY
🌮 in bowl add all sliced items , rajma , lemon juice and 1tsp of Worcestershire sauce . Mix well
🌮 spread tortillas on plate , spread a little mint mayo ( approx 1tsp ) add mix of veggies n rajma in the centre of tortillas, now sprinkle grated cheese over the mix(2 tsp is enough for normal , but more can be added if you like more of cheese) , now fold sides to the centre gently pressing one side slightly and fold other over it . You can brush some olive oil or butter over the top I have used microwave ( Combo of micro n grill together ) option for 5 mintues . Can be done in OTG also
It’s done and ready to eat
