Vegetable Manchurian 

You need 

πŸ‘‰πŸ½Half cup chopped capsicum
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Half cup grated / finely chopped carrots
πŸ‘‰πŸ½1/ 4 cup chopped onion
πŸ‘‰πŸ½1/4 cup chopped finely beans
πŸ‘‰πŸ½2 tsp grated / minced garlic
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Soya sauce 1 tsp
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Salt according to taste
πŸ‘‰πŸ½Maida  6 tsps ( if all veggies are fresh then you might need some more quantity of maida ) so that you can bind propely 

FOR SAUCE

πŸ₯£Scezhwan Sauce  of Weeba ( you can use  any other brand also 
πŸ₯£Soya sauce ( three four drops)
πŸ₯£Honey chillie sauce  1tsp 
of Ching’s ( you can use any other brand also)
πŸ₯£1 tsp chopped garlic 
πŸ₯£ 2tsp oil
πŸ₯£ cornflour 1 tsp
Mix all these sauces properly and add one cup water and mix properly 

Let’s start 

πŸ€Mix properly and make balls of it 
πŸ€deep fry ( after putting balls in oil wait for few seconds and then slow the fire and keep stirring occasionally till you get golden brown crust )
πŸ₯£ Heat pan and add oil and add chopped garlic stir a while 
πŸ₯£ Now add all sauces and water and cornflour 1 tsp and let this mixture boil  and thinken a little 
πŸ₯£ Now add manchurian balls and boil and few seconds and ready to eat now 
***If you want to have dry option then mix all sauces ( without water) and no boiling then only  fast stirring required
